The cleanliness and friendliness of all the staff. House keeping were exceptionally polite and friendly and good at their jobs. Loved being out of the city but having city motel/apartment facilities at my fingertips! Wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend to others.
The only thing a bit hard to get used to was the trains! Didn't realise the noise of the trains would be as loud as they were. Dealt with it though, plenty of pillows to go over the head :-)
I loved the bed, bed linen, furnishings. Beautiful. The receptionist was nice. I loved the room. Can't stop raving about it.
The entry via the downstairs carpark was confusing and cramped and the rabbit warren zigzaggy path to reception was off putting. Being close to the railway was off putting on the first night but you got used to the sound. The toilet was quite close the open shower door and it made you wonder whether you might accidentally damage the door.
Quiet and good location for anything near and about Ipswich
Kitchen was not very well appointed - pots and pans were in need of replacement, no caserole dish or lid, no salt and pepper...things that do make a big difference when you book with a kitchen
Car park instructions could be more clearer
Rooms were very roomy & clean and had all the facilities we required for a weekend away.
The room was disgusting, the bed was uncomfortable, the hotel was filthy!!!
enjoyed staying at the oaks aspire apartments, beds are amazing to sleep in, spa and pool are great, kids loved staying there, close to everything, thanks again
Staff need more support and training - very lovely and friendly however!
the room was perfect for a large family, it had the facilities within the unit to assist us while on holidays, all the beds and bathrooms where comfortable, we really enjoyed coming back to the unit after a hard day.
There where a couple of issues during our stay, 1 as it was the christmas new year break, we had been told that we where not to have alchol on the premises, of if we did it was only allowed to be a couple of bottles of wine and a maximum 6 beers, and that we where not to have anymore than the allocated guests in the room, this is hard when there is two families staying at the same hotel to celebrate the new year, 2 the facilites such as the spa and the sauna and the majority of the gym equipment where not working or only working for one or two days through our entire stay.
was right next to railway track - had a large shutter on balcony but as we arrived late we had no way of knowing that-when we saw it next morning realised it would have shut out a lot of the noise.
the rooms were very clean, spacious, modern and had everything we needed
Not a lot
Our first room was so noisy, have you not heard of double glazing. There was mould on the curtains and my mother has a mould allergy. This is not good at all. We were moved to another room but this had spider webs on the ceiling, once again not a good look.
Arriving ealier than anticipated, we were able to book in at time of arrival. An upgrade from a studio apartment to a one bedroom unit was a lovely surprise and the staff were very professional and helpful at all times. Hotel is within walking distance of all amenities. Would recommend this hotel to anyone not wanting to stay in the Brisbane CBD and happy to travel 40-50 mins if required to the city.
Nothing not to like. Room was clean, tidy and serviced daily. Pool was clean; gym, although small, serviceable for a workout. Staff happy to help in any way they can.
Modern, budget friendly
Air conditioner was`nt overly efficient
Clean, tidy and quiet.
Garage was interesting to navigate. Particularly the key pads whilst staying in the drivers seat.
